Food is really tasty. We ordered to go by the time we got home, food was still hot.

The quality and flavour of all the ingredients came clear through the spice - each dish so delicately different I can no longer claim to have a favourite. I’ve only eaten Indian living in Calgary, and some guided places visiting San Francisco, but this stood head and shoulders above them all. Fine dining suitable for your most important guests. And still a bargain compared to what you get at other restaurants of any variety in these times.

We have generally loved Pakwaan - my kids request an Indian food dinner specifically from here, and we’ve always loved it!

The flavours are amazing, and the front counter service is always extremely friendly and kind!

Our only concern is that, while the taste of the dishes continue to be very good, there seems to be less and less substance. Today, there were only 6 pieces of chicken in the butter chicken, and less beef in the beef korma; more peas and carrots than anything else in the veggie dishes. And no lamb dishes available at all…

There was lamb for the biryani, though… and it was, as always, delicious!

I’m hoping pakwaan can bring the previous value back to their dishes, so we can continue to enjoy in the future!
